Our mission is to make data analysis easy. It’s increasingly difficult for people to access and analyze their ever-growing data. We’re building a modern analytics platform that empowers everyone to skillfully interact with data to extract insights.

AnswerRocket was founded in 2013 on the idea that data and analytics should be accessible to all who need them. From the start, we’ve leveraged AI and machine learning technology to unleash the power of augmented analytics across organizations. Our growing team is based in Atlanta and serves companies across the globe.

Meet Our Leadership Team
Alon Goren
CEO & Founder
As CEO and founder of AnswerRocket, Alon leads product innovation and brings actionable analytics to business people, so they can get their questions answered faster. Prior to founding AnswerRocket, Alon co-founded and was Chief Technology Officer of Radiant Systems for 25 years. He served as Radiant’s Chairman from 2004 to 2011, when the company was sold to NCR for $1.3 billion. Alon has a B.S. in Computer Systems Engineering from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.
Mike Finley
Chief Scientist
Mike discovers deep insights via intelligent agent technology. Previously, he co-founded Qualia Labs and developed innovations in machine learning and big data. Earlier, he built Radiant Systems, leading the engineering, product marketing, and technical sales teams for massive retail transaction systems. After an NCR acquisition, he became CTO for SaaS systems, consumer products, and mobile dev. An author, speaker, and patented inventor, he holds degrees in Physics, Math, and Computer Science from Transylvania University.
Pete Reilly
Chief Operating Officer
As COO, Pete acquires customers and helps them launch AnswerRocket. Previously, Pete founded and led Retality, a firm that helps companies conceive, build, and introduce new technologies to the market. Before Retality, Pete helped found BlueCube Software, where he led the Workforce Management unit as SVP/GM. BlueCube was a spin-out from Radiant Systems, where Pete spent 8 years driving the development and market introduction of new products. Pete has a B.S. in Computer Science/Economics from Union College.
Brett Taylor
SVP of Technology
With expertise in backend architecture, development operations, and data security, Brett has served as a key figure in building out AnswerRocket’s technology infrastructure. In his current role, Brett also oversees development of AnswerRocket’s core product and customer success. Brett has spent more than 20 years architecting, designing, and building full stack enterprise software – device drivers to front/back end applications and database backend systems. Brett has a B.S/M.S. in Electrical Engineering from Georgia Tech.

Les Barchard
Director of Product
Les is responsible for the AnswerRocket product roadmap and functional design. In previous roles, Les served as the Director of Product Management at NCR and as the Director of Services at Radiant Systems. He has a Bachelor of Civil Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology.
Amy Chisam
Director of Customer Success
Amy’s passion is helping customers maximize the benefits of using AnswerRocket. Previously, she led teams at AT&T and Publix focused on customers’ support and product knowledge. In the early part of her career, Amy edited books and was a sportswriter for the San Francisco Chronicle and Akron Beacon Journal. Amy has a B.A. in Journalism from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.
Vivian Kim
Director of Marketing
Vivian is focused on product-market fit and driving demand for AnswerRocket. Previously, she served as Director of Marketing & Operations for Manage (now Criteo) and as a Performance Improvement Manager for EY. She has an MBA from Emory University, and a B.S. in Marketing from the University of Maryland, College Park.
Nicole Kosky
Director of Services
Nicole is responsible for helping customers achieve their desired business outcomes on the AnswerRocket platform. Prior to AnswerRocket, Nicole served in a variety of customer-focused roles including leading Professional Services and Customer Success teams. Nicole has a B.S. in Optical Engineering from the University of Rochester and an M.B.A. with a concentration in Computer Information Systems from Georgia State University.
